The crowd is gathering.There is supposedly seating for 7000.
Before the pageant begins, the cast members wander among the crowd. They talk to the audience and are willing to pose for pictures. Some costumes are very elaborate. The cast comes from all over the country. The following are some of the 700 cast members.

The stage was quite a distance away from where we were sitting and it is hard to enjoy a performance with a camera in front of your face, but Reed captured a few scenes.
